I’m excited to get your products to you! Here’s how I handle shipping your orders.

1. Where I Ship

  • Currently, I ship within Australia only. Please note that shipping times and costs can vary significantly based on your location.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are currently at a flat rate of $5.00 AUD.
  • You will see the exact shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before you finalise your purchase.
  • I do not offer free shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Carriers

  • I primarily use Australia Post for all my shipments.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Once you place your order, I need a little time to prepare it for shipment. Our typical processing time is within 1 week.
  • Please note that this does not include the shipping time itself. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or for custom orders, but I will always communicate any significant delays.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please consider the processing time (mentioned above) plus the estimated delivery time for your region.
  • For Australian Orders:
    • Standard Shipping: Within Queensland, 2-4 business days, interstate, 3-7 business days, and regional and remote areas, potentially 6-12 business days. 

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Unfortunately, I do not currently offer tracked shipping. 

7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost Items: In the rare event that your order is lost during transit (as confirmed by the shipping carrier after a reasonable waiting period), you will have the option to receive a full refund or have your order resent at no extra cost. I will work with you and Australia Post to investigate.
  • Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact me immediately (within 1 week of delivery) at hello@mjoycreates.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. After you send back the damaged product, you can choose to receive a replacement (if available) or a full refund. I will cover the return shipping cost for damaged items. 
  • Filing a Claim: For lost or damaged items, you must contact me first and provide all necessary information to help me file a claim with the shipping carrier.
