1. Conditions for Returns

I accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Item: The item arrived damaged during shipping.
  • Incorrect Order: You received an item that is different from what you ordered.
  • Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind about your purchase.

2. Timeframe for Returns

  • You must contact me to initiate a return within 2 weeks of your order arriving at your destination.

3. Required Condition of Returned Items

  • All returned items must be:
    • Unused: In their original, new condition.
    • In Original Packaging: Returned in the original packaging, including any protective sleeves, boxes, or tags.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact me immediately by emailing me at: hello@mjoycreates.com (This is the best and quickest way to get my attention for returns)
  • Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos (especially for damaged or incorrect items). I will then provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • For unwanted items (change of mind): The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • For defective or incorrect items (damaged, incorrect order): I will cover the cost of return shipping. I will provide you with a pre-paid return label or reimburse your shipping costs upon receipt of the returned item.

6. Refund Process and Options

Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I will process your refund according to your preference:

  • Full Refund to Original Payment Method: I will issue a full refund to the original payment method you used for the purchase. Please note that it may take around 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Store Credit: You can choose to receive store credit equal to the total amount you spent on the returned item. This credit can be used to purchase any item(s) on my website. If your new purchase is more expensive than your credit limit, you can pay the difference.
  • Replacement Product: For damaged or incorrect items, you can choose to have a new version of the product you originally bought resent to you, subject to availability.

7. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital Downloads: All digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
  • Exclusive Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” or purchased during special exclusive sales (e.g., deeply discounted clearance items) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
